To recreate the resort swimming pool experience, with swim up bars and ledges, a shot krete pool is what you need. A shotkrete swimming pool allows you to totally customize your pool design, if you can imagine it, we can build it.
All pool builders are not equal. Budd’s goes the extra step to make sure that your pool is made the best way possible.
A unique and engineered drainage plan specifically designed to alleviate concerns associated with current and proposed elevations that could affect surface water drainage. We will work alongside the homeowner(s) and the engineer to develop a custom plan specific to the wants and needs of the homeowner(s), their property, residence, and neighboring properties. Many townships are now requiring this as part of the permit process. It will protect you and your investment.
During the process of “caging” the pool and “shooting” the pool, Budd’s will have an experienced and knowledgeable employee on-site to monitor work conditions and product quality. This is a quality control measure to give the homeowner the peace of mind knowing that the work is done properly under the various situations or conditions that can arise during the construction process. Examples include wall flashing or step placements.
An extremely important step in the protection of your investment. The curing process, known as hydration, starts immediately and determines the compressive strength of your structure. Not doing this properly can be devastating to the concrete and its finish. Budd’s employees, not the homeowner, will set-up and monitor, for a period of 7-10 days, a soaker hose system in your newly constructed pool shell. This method will use minimal water while achieving our goal of slowing down the hydration process, thus creating a stronger pool shell. We will also make daily trips to insure proper application(s).

Frost Proof Tile:
Extensive list of standard tile choices
6 choices of premium 12” Marion Ceramic pool coping
Deck-O-Seal Expansion Joint:
Used for sealing joints subject to concrete movement to provide a firm, flexible, and tear resistant rubber that will protect your coping and tile from the freeze/thaw expansion. This is a must have to prevent the tile/coping “pop” during the winter months.
Budd’s Exclusive White Glove Service:
This crucial service is provided to protect your pools interior finish. The first 28 days, once your pool has been filled with water, is the most critical time which determines the surface materials’ durability and longevity. A Budd’s “Certified Start-Up Technician”, as designated by the National Plasters Council, will start-up and maintain your swimming pool, for the first 28 days, as outlined in the National Plasters Council Start-Up Card. This service includes ALL necessary chemical applications. Find our employees at NPConline.com.
