New Budd's pool

Congratulations and thank you again for your decision to allow us to construct your new swimming pool. Once your pool is completed and filled, we will send a trained service professional to your home to clean your pool. Once the pool has been cleaned, we will then schedule a time to meet with you for your orientation. The orientation will take approximately one to one and a half hours. Our trained service professional will give you detailed instructions on how to maintain and operate your new pool. We highly recommend that you video tape this session for future reference.

New Blue Haven pool

Congratulations on the purchase of your new swimming pool. Blue Haven has contracted to have Budd's pools provide their customers with an initial start up and warranty service. This includes our trained service professional giving you detailed instructions on how to maintain and operate your pool. This does not include the balancing chemicals needed at your start up. We will have them available for you to purchase during your indoctrination.

We ask that you contact us @ 856-845-9000 ext 401 on the exact day that Blue Haven is in your yard plastering your pool. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!

We will then schedule a date for your orientation based on how you intend to fill your pool. Your pool must be filled to the middle of the tile line prior to our arrival. The orientation will take approximately three to four hours. We highly recommend that you video tape this session for future reference.

New Homeowner with Existing Pool

Congratulations on the purchase of your new home. Whether you now own an inground or above ground pool, our service professionals are here to give you detailed instructions on how to maintain and operate your pool.

Depending on your exact system, the orientation could take from 30 minutes to one hour. We highly recommend that you video tape the session for future reference.
