Our inground gold plan is our most comprehensive and popular plan. It is the customers responsibility to remove all water and debris from pool cover prior to our arrival. This service, if needed, is billable at our hourly rate. We start with removing your pool cover and pressure washing the winter's accumulation of dirt and grime away. The cover is then chemically treated for summer storage, folded and placed pool side or in a designated area of your choice. Your anchors are then lowered and or your water tubes emptied, cleaned and rolled. Winter plugs and ice compensators are removed and placed in a zip-loc bag for summer storage. Skimmers are scrubbed with cleanser and all wall fittings, skimmer baskets and deck equipment are checked and re-installed. The entire filter equipment area including the heater (if applicable) is reassembled, primed and restarted. In the event the heater doesn't restart a return trip may be needed for an additional charge to diagnose the problem. If the homeowner is not home the heater will not be left on. Once the entire system is running, a thorough inspection will be performed at the equipment pac to check for any leaks and make any service recommendations needed. Last, but not least, a chemical wake up kit will be applied to the swimming pool and a complete checklist will be left for the homeowner showing all services performed. Our inground silver plan includes everything in the gold plan except pool cover removal and cleaning. The customer is also responsible to chemically treat the cover for summer storage and lower the anchors or drain and clean the water tubes.
